Admissions Decisions
Admissions decisions are made in an effort to find students who appear to be best qualified to benefit from and contribute to Beloit's campus community, both in and out of the classroom.

The College seeks applicants with special qualities and talents, as well as those from diverse ethnic, geographic, and economic backgrounds.

When reviewing an application, the Admissions Committee attempts to get the complete picture of the student. While the application does include some quantitative components, like high school grade point average and standardized test scores, we also give considerable weight to qualitative factors, such as the breadth and depth of a student's academic interests or qualities of leadership.
